Terms & Conditions of ticket sales

All transactions financed via credit or debit card will incur a booking fee
This fee is applied per transaction (as opposed to per ticket) and is levied in accordance with the sliding scale outlined below:

Transaction Value	Fee Due
£0.01 - £50.00*	10% *
£50.01 - £100.00	7.5%
£100.01 - £250.00	6%
£250.01 - £500.00	5%
£500.01 - £1,000.00	4%
£1,000.01+	3%

*subject to 50p minimum fee

Example :- spend £40 on tickets the fee will be £4
Example :- spend £55 on tickets the fee will be £4.13

The fee will be clearly displayed on the ticket source website when you book your seats and before you complete your purchase

All ticket purchases will result in a unique booking reference number displayed to you and emailed to you.
You must print and bring this email confirmation and booking reference number with you when you come to see the show and collect your tickets from the box office before entering the auditorium.

Hillingdon Musical Society can not gaurantee admittance if you do not bring your email confirmation and booking reference with you to the theatre
Hillingdon Musical Society cannot be held responsible for you losing your email confirmation and booking reference number.

WHEELCHAIR SEATS
Customers whishing to book tickets for wheelchair users and their carers should not use online booking.
In order to best meet the needs of wheelchair users we request you call our box office directly to discuss your requirements

Subsequently all seats available online are unsuitable for wheelchairs, thus Hillingdon Musical Society cannot be held responsible for the online purchase of seats unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Discounts & Offers
Occasionally Hillingdon Musical Society will offer discounts for group bookings and other offers. Customers wishing to take advantage of these offers should not use online booking. Instead please call our box office directly to discuss your requirements

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the show is cancelled in which case you will receive a refund.
